Mohave Electric Cooperative is a non-profit, distribution cooperative providing electricity to more than 39,000 services over some 1,445 miles of energized line, with an electrical service area of nearly 1,300 square miles across three counties. Located in northwestern Arizona, Mohave serves the communities of Bullhead City, Fort Mohave, Mohave Valley, Wikieup, Hackberry, and Peach Springs. Kamtech Systems worked with Mohave Electric to implement Clevest’s Mobile Field Force solution to assist them with their AMI project. This worked included modifying a baseline workflow to meet Mohave’s current business practice and needs. KamTech also provided support services during the implementation and provided training for Mohave’s employees to ensure a smooth go-live. |
Hart EMC is an Electric Membership Cooperative. That means they are owned by the people they serve. In other words, people who receive their electricity from them own their company. Hart EMC currently serves 24,000+ members over 4,573 miles of line. They offer service in North East Georgia, across 5 counties: Hart, Franklin, Stephens, Elbert and Madison. Kamtech Systems developed a fully integration solution for Hart EMC to integrate a Mobile Field Force solution with their current CIS system. The solution helps Hart EMC process and work orders more efficiently. KamTech built a solution for HartEMC from the ground up, focusing on their business process to produce a client specific solution for them. KamTech provides ongoing support and upgrades for this system. “Our project was a success in large part to Kamtech’s attention to detail. Their software did what they said it would do and what I wanted it to do. With some that is not always true. They have earned my trust.” Russell Shirley Manager of Technical Services, Hart EMC |
