    KamTech Systems is pleased to announce the successful on-schedule Go-Live of Connexus Energy with Clevest’s Mobile Field Force Solution. Last week’s go-live and successful steady state operations conclude the first phase of the MFF Deployment project which began in August 2011. This phase consisted of deploying the Clevest AVL product and Mobile Field Force Solution for Credit & Collections Service Orders with real time integration to Ventyx Customer Suite using KamTech’s Integration Module.

    KamTech Systems and NV Energy have further improved what was already a strong, multi-year relationship based on mutual partnership and KamTech’s commitment to service. KamTech is now the preferred partner to NV Energy for CIS maintenance and support. Currently, the two companies are working together on multiple long term projects that cover a broad range of business needs at NV Energy… all of which are designed to meet NV Energy’s future processing needs with a strong foundation of automated processes, Smart Grid capacities, and improved processing.

    KamTech releases version 2.X of the Integration Module. This major release includes increase reporting functionality for Service Order Metrics, Message Log Report, Warning Log Report, Schedule Log Report, and Archive History Report. These reports can be export to Excel or as a CSV file. KamTech also retooled the archive feature, allowing the past 10 archives to be viewed. This release also featured a key security enhancement that allows the Admin disable a user account without losing all the account history and KamTech also set encryption for all the offline passwords
